Kelly Tompkins
Chairman, Founder & Chief Product Officer
Kelly has over 25 years of experience in pioneering the development of leading travel technology companies. Prior to founding ReserveX, Kelly was the Chief Product Officer for Manifest Escapes. Before this, Kelly founded AdventureLink, the first SaaS platform for booking multi-day tours. Kelly also founded LeisureLink, which pioneered the ability to book vacation rentals through major GDS and online travel services. Kelly is an avid traveler and a former member of the Canadian National Cycling Team.
He brings a passion and depth of knowledge to deliver a world-class technology platform for ReserveX and international partnerships to rapidly scale the business.

Dan Godsell
CEO & Co-Founder
Dan has spent the majority of his 20-year career working in technology and travel. Prior to ReserveX, he worked with and led teams at Flight Centre Travel Group, Expedia, and Travelport. His combined experience working in the world of Travel Agency, OTA, and Travel distribution led to a realization that the travel experiences industry (tour, cruise, day activities) was in need of better, more modern technology to specifically enable the travel agency community. This led him to co-founding ReserveX. In addition to a passion for travel and adventure, Dan is a big believer in supporting communities, giving back, and is an advisor on several travel related boards including Give a Mile (not-for-profit), Centennial College (travel & tourism program), and ASTA (American Society of Travel Agents).

Roy Reif
COO & Co-Founder
Roy’s career embarked down an adventurous path beginning with guiding hikes in the Canadian Rockies and evolved into leading 2 and 3 week expeditions across Western Canada (Topdeck Travel, TrekAmerica, Intrepid, Grand American Adventures). His leadership and communication skills then propelled him to manage the Canadian and Alaskan operations for the world’s largest Destination Management Company, lead go-to-market strategies and obtain 200+ customers for TourRadar, and take on the position of Canadian Managing Director at Exodus Travel. Seeking to further expand his horizons, Roy pursued an MBA and shifted into Strategy consulting, offering his insights to brands across Canada, the USA, and the UK. Beyond work, Roy’s passions include hockey, kayaking, and soaking up the sun.
